Fee Structure

The following costs are payable in order to participate in the programme:

- Course fee: UGX 200.000/=
- License fee: UGX 100.000/= (paid after the training)

- (Optional) Follow-up courses: UGX 100.000/= each
- Re-exam fee: UGX 50.000/=

Terms and conditions:

We ask all candidates who pass the 1st selection round (intake test) and are invited to the 2nd selection round (interview & infoday) to pay a deposit fee of 50% or a of the course fee in order to secure their place. If you do not pay the deposit, we may decide to give a candidate from the waiting list a chance to participate and you will be put on this same waiting list.

The re-exam applies only if a candidate fails the first exam.

The course fee includes a printed manual and the costs for the final exam. Only those candidates that pass the final exam and decide to become an EasySites Licensee pay for the license fee. This fee is paid only once. The license fee includes an EasySites T-shirt, an ID card, personalised business cards, promotional material and a USB stick with the necessary software to run your business.

Details of these terms and conditions can also be found in the EasySites Operational Manual and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that each licensee will receive and has to sign before becoming a licensee.
