Below you will find a description of the groups of people that will be involved in the EasySites programme:

EasySites Trainee
If you are an EasySites Trainee, you have successfully passed the intake test and second selection round, paid your training fees and you have started participating in the EasySites Training Course. The minimum number of trainees per course is 20 persons.

EasySites Licensee:
An Licensee is a candidate who has fulfilled the Easy Sites course requirements and has agreed on the terms and conditions of becoming a Easy Sites licensee (signed the Memorandum of Understanding). Mountbatten aims to issue a minimum of 20 licenses in the first operational year. The licensee will be entitled to sell websites made with the EasySite Builder, domain names and web hosting and sell this as a total package to the end-customer and make his own profit. The licensee will actively search for leads (potential customers) and has to support the end-customer with deciding the type of website, ordering a domain and using the mailboxes.

Licensor:
Mountbatten Ltd. is the licensor and owner of the EasySites product and platform. Mountbatten will contract licensees and in return provide them with training, an optimal working EasySites platform, marketing, support and customer care. Mountbatten in return will generate income through the web hosting contracts that licensees sign with their end-customers. The licensees will pay Mountbatten a fixed license fee per website / web-hosting contract. Mountbatten will conduct regular quality controls on the end-product.

The end-customer:
The person / business / NGO who buys an EasySites website from the licensee in order to market his product on the internet is refered to as the end-customer. The end-customer will have to provide the licensee with the requirements for his/her website (logo, target group). This will take place during an intake meeting. The end-customer gives feedback on the satisfaction of the end-product. The end-customer signs a contract with the licensee in which he/she agrees with the terms and conditions for web-hosting and building of the site.

The end-user:
The end-user is the target group of the website. The person who searches for a product through the Internet with a search engine (Google for example) and finds more information via a website (EasySites website) on a product he/she might buy. This person needs a website that is easy to understand, read and get the information needed quickly. The end-user is the person that clicks through the EasySites website and considers to buy the product from the end-customer.

The EasySites programme is designed in such a way that all key players in the EasySites Programme benefit through the creation of a win-win situation.
